We understand the time involved in obtaining permits, and we know that a slowdown in obtaining your building permits can ultimately cost you money. We work with you to expedite all phases of the process. You can easily submit drawings/plans electronically or by postal delivery. Regardless of the method you choose, Alliance 24 Title consultants will contact you with the results, prepare the Title 24 reports, and send the completed signed reports to you via Priority Mail, or e-mail.
